You’ll have up to 10 days to explore your design, share your thoughts, and collaborate with your designer to make any tweaks or swaps until it feels just right.
Once your final design is approved, you’ll receive all your shoppable product links along with a step-by-step styling guide showing exactly how to bring your new space to life.
Estimated Project Timeline: 4–7 weeks
Most single-room projects are completed within 4–5 weeks, while multi-room designs typically take 6–7 weeks, depending on the scope.7-Day Product Update Promise
If any sourced items become unavailable within seven days of your design delivery, we’ll happily provide updated options. You’ll always have access to your personalized design plan and shopping links.Package Details
All design packages are priced per room. Open-concept layouts are considered multiple rooms based on function (for example, a living room, dining area, and kitchen). Larger spaces, such as basements or great rooms, may be divided into multiple packages to accommodate their size and design needs. -
All projects require a signed contract or agreement before work begins.
Payment milestones (deposits, final balance) are clearly outlined in your contract.
Deposits are non-refundable to protect our time and commitment.

Each design package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions can be added for an hourly rate of $55.
Your package includes only the services outlined in your selected design plan. Additional requests may incur extra fees.

After your free design consult, with our guidance, you can select the package that best fits your needs and goals. Each package is designed to provide the right level of support for your space, from quick guidance and mood boards to full virtual room designs.
Once your package is selected, we’ll move forward with creating a plan tailored to your space, style, and lifestyle.

Digital design deliverables will be provided based on package selection. During a 45 min consultation we will review:
Final floor plan / layout
3D rendering or room visualization (optional if included in package)
Furniture, décor, and material recommendations with links for purchase
Personalized notes explaining design decisions and tips for implementation.

We provide detailed communication, in depth-updates, and use collaborative tools to keep everyone aligned and make feedback easy and efficient.
“What if I need to make changes after the design is finalized?”
We’re happy to continue working with you at our $55/hr, hourly rate after your project is wrapped or if you need more than the allotted revision window allows to ensure your design needs are met and you feel fully confident in your decisions, though this need is rare.
“Is virtual design as effective as in-person design?”
Yes, virtual design can be equally effective. It offers added flexibility, convenience, and often faster turnaround times without compromising quality.
“How do you handle measurements and space planning remotely?”
We guide you through measuring your space with clear instructions or request photos and videos. Sometimes, clients use smartphone apps to capture accurate dimensions.
“Can you work with my small budget?”
We do our very best to stay within the specific budget you provide us! We know that pricing out a furniture & decor budget can be challenging!
Most of our clients are a mix of “high/low” it’s just about determining what you’re comfortable with spending. Always remember you can shop your shopping links in phases.
“Can you help with paint/flooring/built-ins, etc?”
Absolutely! Our design packages can include recommendations for paint colors, wallpaper, and tile selections to help you create a cohesive and polished look.
We can also suggest flooring, countertop materials, and finishes. These recommendations may be shown as examples or mock-ups within your design renderings. While we don’t source these materials directly, your local supplier or contractor can help with purchasing and installation. If your project involves custom built-ins or millwork, your design package can include conceptual drawings or visuals. These serve as a detailed guide for your local carpenter or builder to bring the design to life.
“Can you work with existing furniture pieces or decor?”
Of course! If you love it, your designer will do their best to incorporate it into your design. If you need help deciding what stays and what goes, your designer can advise you on your kick-off call.
“How does purchasing work? Am I required to buy what’s in my design?”
After your project is finalized we will share all of your product links directly to the retailer! You can purchase your entire design online, however you are under no obligation to purchase the items in your design plan!
Many of our clients use their design plan as a guide or prefer to buy in person, directly in-store. You always stay in control of the buying process.
Your shopping links do not expire, though we cannot guarantee they will remain in stock indefinitely.
Our 7-day link guarantee ensures we will re-select any out-of-stock or unavailable item in the 7 days following your completed design as a courtesy to you.
